Every area we've built a page for, with what you'd actually see there. The two numbers
differ on purpose: the first counts everything a person in that area can use (local,
statewide and work-anywhere listings together — the same count their results page carries);
the second counts only work verified as specific to that area.
Comparing areas? A smaller count in a "light" area reflects
how much research we've done there at least as much as the market itself — the depth label
beside each count is what keeps the comparison honest.
